I don't know why anyone would toss this to the curb.
Just check out this sweet fabric.
It's a convertible, too. Sure, there are old towels stuffed in there to keep the mattress frame from collapsing to the floor, but you know, what ever works.


Also, notice the paddy wagon in the background there? See? I do live across the street from the popo.

Love the fabric, or what it must have looked like once upon a time. But I get the ookies from old couches. Up here in Chico the college students (Chico State) put them on their porches. I just know that all old couches are full of mice and black widows, *shudder*.
Good thing you appreciate a man in uniform...
