Ick, ick, ick. Mine was up to 83.2 a few mornings ago (yes, I said morning- not afternoon.) which made me conviently spend the afternoon elsewhere.
We now have 1 air conditioner in. It's in the baby's room so I sit in there all day when it's too warm. Of course, today it was chilly out. Gotta love New England.
Dude, move to Australia - that's nothing. I had to go to a temperature conversion site to work out what you were talking about (89.3F = 31.8C). But I can beat you - 45.6 in January at my place, and that's just when I measured, not at the hottest. http://uncaringbear.blogspot.com/2006/01/new-years-bake.html It was 44.6C that day which is 114F. Yay do I win a prize? Although 32C still sucks so I feel for you - we're in winter right now.

Christ. File under "things that don't make nephew want to visit LA".
Hot! Yuck! We don't have AC either, but the only room that's truly unbearable is (of course) our bedroom.

Thanks all. I appreciate the sympathy.
Roy, get out here anyway. It's a dry heat. It's not as bad as East Coast humidity.
